Meet Your facilitator

Rachael Clark is a board-certified physician and mother of two school-aged children. She found herself in the depths of burnout whilst working as a full-time Family Medicine physician and mom. After years of carrying everyone else while ignoring her own body’s warnings, she came to a moment that demanded change. She invested in multiple courses that helped her learn how to change her mindset, work with her emotions, do the deep inner work, and change how she perceived her current reality. She was able to start rising up from there, but it wasn't until she brought in her physical healing that all the pieces started falling into place. She then pursued functional and integrative medicine training, and decided to start a new adventure with her 1:1 holistic medicine practice, Village Health and Healing outside of Philadelphia, PA. There, she guides her patients in root-cause, holistic healing. As a mother, a physician healer, and forever learner, the combination of her personal experiences, education, and role as a holistic physician have culminated in this holistic healing course for burnt out mothers. She strongly believes that if we heal all the mothers, we will heal the world.

  • I have a beautiful life that I now have time to appreciate. I live in West Chester with my husband, daughter, son, and dog. I love spending time with them, going on outdoor adventures and vacations, frequent trips to the Poconos and Fenwick Island, DE. I love to prepare/cook, and eat healthy, nourishing food and have a strong desire to learn how to grow a big garden one day. Music fills my soul – you’ll rarely hear a lack of music playing around me unless I’m on a call or visit! Hanging out with close friends and family is so important to me, and if you haven’t taken note by now – I love to write!
